Is this Summit for you?
Project Management
You’re running delivery in a world where AI can write status reports faster than you can. If you don’t want to become a “spreadsheet operator,” but a leader who aligns priorities, proves value, and builds stakeholder trust, this summit gives you modern governance, value metrics, and decision-making for PM 2026.

Leadership
You hold the direction, the budgets, and the reputation. You’re not looking for another “how-to framework,” but clarity on why to transform and who to do it with, so it creates long-term value for both business and society. This is where leaders meet, connect, and leave with board-level perspective.
People In Transformation
You know transformation doesn’t fail on tech, it fails on human reality. If you shape culture, grow talent, and keep teams healthy under constant change, you’ll leave with stories and tools to make culture a competitive advantage and turn “transformation” into everyday behaviour.
Change Management & Agile
You’re tired of Agile theatre and change that only lives in slide decks. If your organisation is stuck in resistance, change fatigue, or slow adoption, you’ll find real stories, change psychology, org design, and practical ways to build adaptability without adding more process.

THEME FOR 2026
Leading acceleration
The world’s transformation is accelerating not just in Europe. AI, robotics, and digital innovation are reshaping how we work, while geopolitical shifts and economic turbulence are redefining the rules of the game and challenging our believes. Acceleration is not a choice. The only choice is: how do we respond to it? You can try to deny it or resist it. Or submit to it and hope to catch up. At the Transformation Summit our mind is made up ... accelerate we must and thus we are ready to lead the acceleration, both its direction and intent as well as its … execution. This year, we are therefore going to explore two inseparable dimensions of leading acceleration: Direction – How do we steer where acceleration should intentionally take us? We must ensure that all transformations eventually enhance our lives and society. And in context of respecting values and principles deliver real sustainable progress — not just speed that at the end becomes destructive. Execution – Once our intention and direction are right, how do we deliver with speed and excellence? We should be the ones that are the best educated and positioned to harness the acceleration and to deliver big or small transformations with excellence. This is the time to step up to that call with professionalism and pride.

The conference is evolving from its original project-focused format to a higher and higher level, and personally I find it great that the keynotes are increasingly oriented toward leadership topics. At the same time, it remains attractive with its practical and project-oriented workshops, even for managerial and more junior levels....

One of the greatest strengths of Transformation Summit is its ability to bridge two worlds that too often operate separately — delivery and leadership. It creates a shared space where project managers and agile professionals can directly engage with CEOs, executives, and strategic decision-makers. This unique connection elevates the conversation...
