About

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast. And people eat transformation for lunch unless they actively drive it.”

The success or failure of every change and transformation in a company ultimately always depends, above all, on people - their quality, readiness, and willingness to carry out the transformation. Even a brilliant strategy and modern technology are not enough if management is unable to work with the psychology of people and systematically raise their quality. This is not just about expertise and skills. Attitude and mindset matter far more than skills.

Working with quality people begins with the ability to attract the best from the market. At the same time, however, we need the courage to part ways with people who fail to deliver the necessary quality or results over the long term. Key people must then be retained, developed, and won over to the side of the transformation. This also requires management and corporate leadership to be able to transform "B-players" into "A-players".

The goal is not merely to increase their motivation, but to move them from resistance to resilience, adaptability, and action. Management must gradually shift the company's “level of normality” - that is, what people consider ordinary, possible, or achievable - and thereby continuously raise their level of aspiration.

People Transformation is a continuous and measurable process of raising the quality of people, the impact of their work, and their ability not only to cope with but, above all, to create new conditions and new results. Alongside traditional KPIs, we therefore also need indicators of demonstrable individual development for every person who is part of the transformation or change.

Successful transformation does not require perfect people or ideal conditions.

It requires the ability to take one more step every day, to embrace “calculated adventure,” and to combine managerial courage and kind strictness with everyday consistency.

What participants will take away: • How to combine technology, strategy, and psychology for successful transformations • How emotional conditioning, mindshifts, and resistance to change work in companies • How to use upboarding and mindset development during transformation • How to attract quality people for a project and keep them developing and engaged • How to measure and visualize the development of people's quality and the impact of their work • How to raise the “level of normality,” aspiration level, and adaptability of the entire company • How psychology influences change
