People-Powered Transformation

The success of projects and transformations depends on people — we need to win them over for the changes being implemented, while also needing to change the people themselves: their skills, mindset, and approach. Join the #PeopleTransformation workshop to try out, for example, how to create a template for individual change and development, how to define the team quality you need, or how to communicate the required change. The workshop will be led by Jiří Kastner, who works as a sparring partner to numerous managers, helping them better handle their managerial roles, and who leads a wide range of transformations and organizational changes for clients of all company sizes.
