After completing your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email confirming that everything was processed successfully. Within a few business days, our team will contact you regarding the invoice. The invoice will either be issued according to the details you provided during registration or based on the additional information included in your notes. Speakers and sessions will be announced gradually. However, we can already share that you can look forward to approximately: 9 keynote speakers 18 main stage talks 18 interactive workshops and a special evening guest on Day 1 The conference schedule is planned approximately as follows: Day 1, September 23 8:00 – Registration opens 9:00–21:00 – Conference program Day 2, September 24 8:30 – Registration opens 9:00–17:00 – Conference program A detailed agenda will be published closer to the event date. Approximately 50% of the program will be delivered by English-speaking speakers. The main stage sessions will be simultaneously interpreted via headphones (CZ → EN / EN → CZ).

To secure your spot in a workshop, you will be able to reserve your seat in the event app. If the workshop capacity is not fully booked through the app, you will still be able to join without prior registration.

Parking fees are subject to the current pricing of the shopping center. We recommend allowing extra time for arrival, especially during peak hours.

The dress code is business casual. For inspiration, feel free to check out our photo gallery from previous editions. We also recommend bringing an extra layer, as the venue is air-conditioned.

Yes. Throughout the event, you will have access to: non-alcoholic beverages coffee break refreshments a hot lunch with multiple meal options dinner on Day 1 And of course, excellent coffee by Flatwhite will be available throughout the conference.

We offer clearly labeled gluten-free and lactose-free options on-site. If you cannot find a suitable option, please contact a member of the organizing team or catering staff. We reserve a limited number of special-diet portions to ensure availability.

Yes, presentation slides may be shared after the conference, if the speaker gives permission.

Yes, conference participants will receive access to: recordings of keynote sessions in the main hall selected talks from Hall B1 Other sessions will not be recorded.

The following cancellation fees apply: More than 60 days before the event: 10% of the total fee (administration fee) 59–31 days before the event: 30% of the total fee 30–15 days before the event: 50% of the total fee 14 days or less before the event: 100% of the total fee
