A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and an MBA in Management Studies from Nottingham Trent University, she brings decades of hands-on experience in legal affairs, labour law, and human resources leadership across industrial and international environments.
Her career began at Vagónka Studénka, where she managed the company's legal agenda and HR function and participated in major reorganisation, privatisation, and transformation projects — including a change of ownership that ultimately led to the acquisition by the American company Thrall Car Manufacturing Company. She concluded this chapter by leading an extensive outplacement project following the relocation of freight train production abroad.
She then spent 18 years at Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. as HR Director and Board Member — initially responsible for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, later covering the CEE region — where she built deep expertise in managing international teams within matrix organisations.
Today she serves as a Board Member and Group HR Director of CSG, a defence and engineering holding company. She coordinates the work of more than 40 HR managers and directors across companies within the group and leads large-scale acquisition and integration projects in an international context — including the IPO project that culminated in a listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange in January 2026.
In 2006, she was awarded the title of HR Manager of the Year.
Outside of work, she is married with a son, Ondřej, and enjoys spending time with family and friends — and on the golf course.
