Artūras Kuliešas

Artūras Kuliešas (PgMP, PMP, IPMA A) is a seasoned project and program manager with over two decades of experience successfully leading multimillion-euro initiatives across international finance, IT, and energy sectors. In 2019-2025, he was acting as the Synchronisation Programme Manager at Litgrid, overseeing Lithuania’s connection to the Continental European electricity grid in cooperation with three other Baltic electricity transmission system operators, the programme that has culminated in successful connection of the Baltic grids to the Continental Europe in February 2025 and earned the team PMI Project of the Year 2025 award.

At present, Artūras continues to lead strategic programmes at Litgrid AB, focusing on critical infrastructure protection and development of cross-border interconnections, while also teaching, consulting, and coaching in the areas of project, programme, and risk management. He is supporting Lithuanian community of project professionals as a Board member and former President of the Lithuanian Project Management Association.
