For more than 20 years, he has been engaged in training, consulting, and coaching in the fields of project management and change management. He has gained practical experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Project Consultant, and Change Manager across commercial, public, and non-profit organizations.
He is the only Slovak-speaking accredited trainer of the Prosci change methodology, delivering certification trainings in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
His areas of interest include the latest research in neuroscience and serious gaming. Currently, he focuses on topics such as AI, work-life balance, and family management.
He is the owner of Prolivea and works as a consultant with Next Level Consulting and Silfra Consulting. Until March 2024, he served as President of IPMA Slovakia and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board.
