With a background as a consultant and advisor to some of Sweden’s largest international companies, she has
long been a passionate change agent with a mission: to create organizations where people thrive, feel engaged, deliver customer value – and have fun at the same time.

As Inspiration Director for her company, she continues to be a key influencer in Agile HR, leadership, and motivation. She is a popular keynote speaker, frequently featured in interviews, podcasts, and blogs, where she shares
her insights in a personal, informal – and distinctly Scandinavian – style that makes it clear: leadership needs to change.

She is also the author of three books: Agile People - A Radical Approach for HR and Managers, Agile People Picturebook and Agile People Principles - Your Call to Action for the Future of Work.
